A Dance Weekend in one of America’s most Historic Neighborhoods

  • Empty church sanctuary with wooden pews, elevated balcony, stained glass windows, hanging lights, a large banner with the quote 'How good it is when brothers dwell together in harmony', and a small altar with a cross and flowers.

Built in 1897 and part of the National Fund for Sacred Spaces, this historic church has a fifty-year history of serving as a food pantry and an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. The church also supports housing migrants facing deportation and provides assistance to NYC’s asylum seekers.
